The International Collaborative Annual Symposium is a week-long programme of professional events and social engagements designed to potentiate working relationships and and disseminate the Collaborative's work to a wide international audience.

In 2020, the Symposium moved online in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we are hopeful that the 2021 event will go ahead in person as planned.

The 24 Hour Research Meeting provides members with the opportunity to hear about the progress of our key research projects, and to take part in project-specific workshops, while the Annual General Meeting brings everyone together to hear about progress made in the wider Collaborative portfolio over the preceding year.

The International Research Conference is open to non-members and attracts a wide audience, with an average attendance of around 250 delegates who come together from all over the world to hear talks from distinguished speakers and attend a range of workshops.

Non-members attending the conference receive complimentary membership of the International Collaborative until the end of the calendar year.
